June-July rainfall at 9% deficiency; See August-September at 100% of Long-Period Average, says DS Pai of IMD

Two months of monsoon are over and rainfall is at about 9 percent deficiency which is much lower than at the start of July. The expectation is that August and September rainfall is at 100 percent of Long Period Average (LPA).
